Q. How are wrinkles or ceases straightened?
Ａ．It will be straighten by pulling or pressing by hands, then hang for a half day. Material is made by polypropylene, which naturally straightens itself.

Ｑ．It does not look exactly symmetry.  
Ａ．Handmade makes slight allowance in balance and length. A shape might be also shifted left or right when it is rolled up not in the center line. In such case straighten a tree body by pulling and shaking a top while holding bar at the bottom. A shape will be adjusted and becoming neat while it is being hanged for a long time.

Ｑ．Is it washable?
Ａ．Yes. It is. However color is possibly slightly faded out, but any change is not visually recognized.

Ｑ．Is it difficult to attach mini lights to this tree?
Ａ．No. It is not difficult. Just insert light bulbs in eyes of macrame. You will see contrast and variation of lights and shade in each position of light. Take space between bulbs for 10cm (4 inches) and thin and flex cord is better.

Ｑ．Suction cup can hold this Christmas tree?
Ａ．Yes. It can easily hold a tree for a long time. However select right size to hold each weight. Clean a spot of glass for placing a suction cup. Surface of glass cleaned by glass cleaner cannot hold suction cup due to surface tension. Clean strongly by dry cloths to wipe out thin chemical on such spot.
